Malik F. Coburn
Before he moved from Chicago to pursue his environmental dreams in Portland, Oregon, Malik wanted to do a photoshoot that reflected his spirit. I suggested a warm glow amongst the city nature in Humboldt Park as a Chicago native. I could sense his empathetic nature and deep connection to helping the environment by doing the work, promoting community involvement and educating himself and those around him.
